Artistic Accomplishments

I grew up with five monkeys, was the daughter of a priest and thought that the best thing in the world was learning. Thought it all was normal…doesn’t everyone think that their childhood is normal? Education and exploring is a way of living for me... a lot of what I do and enjoy involves some form of learning. I like to try to develop a new skill every year-I didn't say master it though. I love designing things both with words and objects. I love learning, reading, creating and discovering things…my art reflects who I am…and all art is a form of discovery.

 

Jumping into adventure…traveling abroad and touring museums and back alleys... exploring life…these things I do are probably the result of spending the first 25 years touring across the US, backpacking and seeing natural wonders. I prefer exploring more of the cultural creations now. Try to get abroad at least once a year to tour Europe’s great museums and architecture.  Love checking out what we have the US too.  What I do is included in some themes I explore…how I explore it is the joy of discovery…and the doing is my passion.
